Some agencies in the zero group may be new to the service, or win their work through referrals rather than search. Ask them how they would get you found, and what they have done for their own site.

Ahrefs DR gives a rough read on how well established the agency’s domain is. High DR with a zero score, or the reverse, is worth asking about.
